XP RIDERS TEAM MEMBER PROFILE
An XP Riders Team member:
-should be of legal age, with a legal driver’s license, and with good character
-should be responsible, disciplined and respectful as a rider and most of all as a person
-shouldn’t be engaging in illegal drugs or activities that would or does damage the reputation of the team
-shouldn’t be boastful, irresponsible or disrespectful which would bring shame and destruction to our team
-should have his/her own motorcycle (definitely not used for primary source of income) with supporting legal documents such as CR, OR and etc.
-shall be responsible for the cleanliness and maintenance of his/her motorcycle
-shouldn’t use the motorcycle as a tool/instrument to make crimes or irresponsibly use his/her motorcycle
-should be earning his own money for pleasure (definitely not a student)
-should have undergone thorough orientation and have complied with the necessary requirements
-should be willing to serve/help the community setting a good example to other riders
-supports the ideals and endeavors of the XP Riders Team
-shall uphold/protect the integrity of the XP Riders Team at all times.
XP RIDERS TEAM UNIFORM/JACKET GUIDELINES
The uniform/jacket:
-shall serve as the official identity of a member belonging to the XP Riders Team
-should be worn with full responsibility only by a certified member
-should be worn on official gatherings such as rides, official meetings, and occasions as required
-should be treated with respect as it represents our identity
Note: Any member of the XP Riders Team has the right to reprimand an individual wearing the XP Riders Team uniform/jacket that is clearly in direct violation of the guidelines stated above.
XP RIDERS TEAM ROAD RULES
-All official rides must be thoroughly discussed and be agreed upon in an official meeting
-All official rides meeting must be presided and concluded only by the chapter president or the XP Supreme Council as the situation requires
-All official communications prior to a ride shall be disseminated through the respective PIOs with the consent of the president concerned or XP Supreme Council as the situation requires
-All official rides requires that all members should wear the XP Riders Team Jacket
-All riders must wear proper attire and safety gear such as a helmet, and preferably wear gloves and knee pads for additional protection
-All members should have undergone the Hand Signaling Orientation prior to joining a group ride
-Proper orientation is required if an aspiring member(s) and/or guest(s) will be joining the group ride
-There shall be strictly no OVERTAKING, except for the sweeper in a group ride
-In any issue/conflict that will arise during a group ride, only the chapter president shall have the authority to settle and correct or resolve the problem/issue the soonest
-The president shall have the command at all times- at jump-off and at the end of the ride
-The sweeper shall abide by the orders of the president as instructed and has the power to correct riders in motion (overtaking issues, speed issues, breakdown or stopovers)
-The lead shall have his/her instruction from the president regarding the speed and route of the ride
-In overnight rides or whichever may be the case, it is strongly discouraged the excessive alcohol intake, and encourage riders to practice discipline and responsibility.
-Time Consciousness is highly observed especially on rides
-It is mandatory that a trip should start with a prayer and ends with a prayer.
